"Machbar, wenn nicht einfach".

"Machbar, einfach sogar" = "Doable, easy even".

It is possible to use "if not" to mean "even" but not in this context. The 
rules for this are same for German: you have to be able to interpret the 
adverb "even" from context.

"Beste, wenn nicht (sogar) Bestest!".
"Best if not bestest!"
