Actually, if they work on OBOS - yes, you tell them "DONT DOWNLOAD
THAT" - otherwise we may as well give up now, before the legal
heartaches that would ensue if someone working on OBOS was to "cheat"
with that. I'm pretty sure Michael has stated just that before.

I haven't downloaded it - no need. So I'm not exactly sure, but I'll
ask out on BeShare - I'm sure one of those people have downloaded it
already. But, I don't think so - it's most likely just a leaked
version of the BeIA Development Platform.
