First of all, we can't continue paused downloads. They will simply 
redownload at the moment. Second, node-monitoring doesn't work this way. It 
works for nodes within a single FS, i.e. on one volume. As you know, moving 
a file across volumes means to copy it first and delete the original. In 
another words, the copy has no relation to the original file in terms of 
node-monitoring.
