[haiku-inc] Shipping of labels to Japan

Howdy,
I will be shipping 50 - 100 Haiku stickers to Satoshi Eguchi in Japan
for him to use at the Haiku booth during the upcoming Kansai Open Source
@ Kyoto conference.
I don't really know how much it is going to cost (my educated guess is
$20 - $30), but was hoping that Haiku Inc. could cover the shipping
costs. How does one get around to request funding for this sort of thing?
