Looking back in my email, I see a "Trademark policy" thread from you
in the private Haiku, Inc list around April 20, 2008, and Urias, Axel
and myself provided feedback, but nothing much seemed to come of it.
If you have another instance you are referring to, please be more
specific.

I don't recall the exact time and I don't the have email archives anymore, nor do I have access to them online (naturally).

Maybe your previous work can be merged with Matt's to
provide the final (for now at least) trademark policy.

This is not the kind of thing that can be merged, plus I don't even know where that document is now.

And to be honest, at this point I am not in the mood of renewing my offer anymore, because it is a waste of time.

I was just making the point about the fallacy of Haiku Inc.'s constant argument that things are done deficiently because nobody else volunteers, when that is not in fact the truth.
