[haiku-inc] Haiku ITS Logo (is it violating trademark policy?)

Hello we have just today set up a new logo for our haiku italian site :
http://www.haiku-it.org/
It's not using anything from the original Haiku logo graphics, as you can
see we have just designed a font with a sort of leaf on the word Haiku.
I've just the doubt that it's violating in some way the trademark, and this
ml seems the best way to get official response. However, if there are other
suggestions about the site, feel free to reply here.
