Hi there,

This year Google will send GSoC payment through Payoneer. This means
less paperwork for us. However we need someone from the Inc to be
responsible for the Payoneer account. Maybe this was already set up
for GCI?

Alexander has set this up already, as indeed was used for GCI.

Correct :-)

We need a common inc-shared password vault. That everyone can update.
Keepass seems to be the preferred platform, but nobody has
figured out how to share the database around securely.
Keypass is encrypted, but it really isn't best practice to
leave your .kdb files in public view to be potentially brute-forced.

(It isn't a secret that I really like keybase.io. I honestly think it could
be a great way to easily share stuff like this among Inc. directors.
It includes private and public file sharing.

To expand on the keybase.io idea... we could have a "Haiku, Inc." account
which shares its private documents to all of the active Haiku, Inc.
board members.

When board members leave, we simply revoke their key.

Thoughts? I would need the login to the Haiku, Inc. email address to set it up.

I've set up keybase account and shared some Inc. documents with those already
on keybase:

https://keybase.io/haiku_inc

Seems to be working so far.
