I was surfing around this morning and came upon bintray.com
Sounds interesting. Maybe we could host our hpkg repos there? It sounds
like they're friendly to Open Source projects... they might also enjoy
extending their offerings a little by supporting hpkg..
They support lots of automation and package versioning / pushing
