In Esperanto, I created the word "kopiataĵo" for it...roughly "replicate" (not the verb). It makes more sense in the passive.

What did others do?

Somewhat related: Did anyone translate Tracker or Deskbar? Wouldn't it be appropriate to?

In french the descision is to keep the english term, for lack of a proper replacement. We could have "Traqueur", "Barre du bureau", but that doesn't sound nice.

As for replicants, "réplicants" sounds fine (from the verb "répliquer"). But not sure it has thegood meaning, as in french, répliquer means to answer.
