I'm working on a lot of changes in the source of Haiku related to
displaying localized application and folder names in Deskbar,
Tracker and other parts of Haiku. This is work in progress.

It seems
  "About %app%" (AboutMenuItem)
and
  "About %app%" (Dragger)
strings are now provided once for all by the Locale Kit.
But it is not suitable for all languages
For instance, in french, depending on the application name, it should by translated by
  "À propos de %app%"
or
  "À propos d'%app%"
or
  "À propos du %app%"
or
  "À propos de la %app%"
or
  "À propos des %app%"

I think, we should keep theses kind of strings in the applications themselves.

Regards
Loïc
