Actually, %app% is not at all needed in Finnish translations.
"Ohjelmasta" or "Ohjelmasta..." is enough to understand what is
needed. It means "About this program" and if you have DeskCalc or
Devices application open, you do not need to know that name again.
%app% is simply redundant in that context.
