[haiku-i18n] Re: User guide addressing localized apps/folders

Hi there!
Since nobody objected, the German translation will use the <acronym>-
tooltip approach to more or less elegantly provide the reader with both
the localized and original English apps, folder and path names.
To explain the issue to the reader, I'd like to put the follwing info
box at the top of the contents page. It's aimed at people running Haiku
in their language thanks to catalogs from HTA, but have to rely on the
English user guide because there's no translation for it (yet).
<div class="box-info">If you're running a localized version of Haiku,
the <a href="preferences/locale.html">Locale</a> preferences provide an
option to show application and folder names in Tracker and Deskbar
either localized or their English original.<br />
You may want to temporarily switch off those translations when
consulting the user guide to avoid confusion. Especially comparing
translated and original paths can be a bit awkward.</div>
The different translations can change the text to explain the tooltip
thing, like this for example:
