I'm Fabio Tomat,
Thank you for that. Your accomplishments so far speak for themselves.
Welcome, again! :)
Seeing as you're currently the sole Friulian translator, I'd say we
hold off creating a i18n-haiku-fur mailing list until you get company.
I expect interested people fall back to the Italian list to make
We could add "fur" pages at the wiki though, so can document your
terminology etc. decisions there. Sounds good?
I'll create a user for you at , if your preferred user name and
email address. I think the sending of passwords is still borked, so I'd
have either (a bit unsecurely) mail it to you, or we meet in the IRC
channel some time (dunno how secure SSL makes that there...).
I also need the word for "Friulian" in, erm, friulian. That will appear
in the language menu on the userguide pages.
When adding a new language at the userguide tool, it says there:
"Two-character language code, e.g ‘fr’, or five-character
language/region code, e.g ‘en_US’. Must be lowercase."
Our catalogs from Pootle are named "fur.catkeys". Do we go with simply
"fur" for the user guide, too? Or "fur_IT"? (If the latter, does the
'Must be lowercase' above mean I'd have to actually use "fur_it"
Hope you can answer that, Niels... :)
