[haiku-i18n] New user guide translations (was: Re: A never-ending vote?)

Ah. Should've known it was a trap.

As I don't have the energy to go through all the discussions again, I 
give up. For what it's worth, I still think the reasoning [1] is sound. 
I'll change the wiki entry accordingly when I find the time, if nobody 
voices objections.
As there are no other still active admins for the online tool, 
interested persons can mail me their desired login name and email 
address. Requests for setting up new mailing lists, if some people 
still think they're necessary, should be posted to haiku-web, I 
suppose.
