[haiku-i18n] Moved "Fonts" prefs into "Appearance"

Hullo!
Today I moved what's been in the "Fonts" preference page into the
"Appearance" page. I did copy the complete blocks, but the system
complained that those would be duplicates. So I had to remove the
"translation-id" from those blocks.
It's only a little bit of text, but if you don't want to translate once
more what you've already done in the "Fonts" prefs page, copy the text
over from there to "Appearance".
I'll shortly remove the "Fonts" page completely, so nobody starts
translating this now obsolete page.
