I have created "nds" at https://i18n.haiku-os.org/pootle/. Once you've
registered there, I can assign you the proper permissions for
submitting translations. Until then you can only submit suggestions.

You should build up a "Terminology" table as you go to keep things
consistent. See e.g. the one for German [1]. Shall I create those wiki
pages for Low German?
