Currently "nurasto" is Language Manager, see

Maybe you should try to reach him or others on the haiku-i18n-id
mailinglist first. Anyway, you could start by translating the still
missing strings at HTA. When it's time to mark things green to verify
and the Indonesian Languae Manager is still MIA, promoting you can be
done in a jiffy.
