That's OK. Report it all in one enhancement ticket though. As these
changes are pretty easy to make, this is not the argument against
them.
However: IIRC, going from B_TRANSLATE to B_TRANSLATE_COMMENT in the
code will look like a new string, so it has to be re-translated in
every language!
Therefore, we should keep these changes to a minimum.
Ideally, the pootle import could be made smarter to copy the old
translation when the only difference is the switch to *_COMMENT...
