I don't know how to search them in a more sophisticated way, so I just
had Pe do a directory search for blank lines. It looks like those
newlines don't appear in the middle of a translated string, but always
at the end. I guess they are created when copying the English string at
HTA and pasting it into the translation cell. Mostly done to keep
things like variables etc. intact, e.g. "%disk% %.2f GiB".
I know I did this for the German translation more than once.

I'm not sure what "raw" means, but I think that's what they are...
