[This is posted to the i18n and the 3rd party app mailing lists as it
pertains to both audiences. Answering posts should be made to one or
the other, depending on the dev/translator aspect.]
I'd like to make you aware of the thread "Catkeys translators needed
for 3rd party apps" [1] in the forums. In it, app developers can
request translations by providing their app's en.cakeys file and
translators can grab them and conveniently translate them with the
"CatKeysEditor" [2] and submit their work.
Developers interested in localizing their apps may find another
