I'm having the hardest time, being at it for some hours now...
What I've done, that worked to a degree:
0. Create the folder/subfolder hierarchy of the different apps
together with their already existing catkeys.
1. Create new 3rd-party project at pootle.
2. Assign all languages (do add all, there seems to be issues adding
one afterwards, generating pootle errors).
3. Enter English.
5. Upload the zip.
6. Enter all the wanted languages and "update against templates" to
create the missing catkeys for translation. Then upload that zip with
the catkeys.
Point 6.) is needed, because of pootle errors when trying to do the
template-updating from the admin page for all langugaes at once.
This doesn't look too bad, were it not for:
a) All the "update against templates"-catkeys are marked as 100%
translated, when in fact they're aren't at all.
b) Doing an "update against templates" overwrites the existing,
already translated catkeys. How will updating catkeys to newer
versions of the app work?
I don't have commanline access to the pootle server, I think.
