[haiku-i18n-hi] Can I be a manager?

Dear sir/mam,
I want to become thee manager of the Hindi translation in Pootle for Haiku.
I am interested in doing translations for it but I have noticed that no one
is doing translations right now for Hindi, so I have decided to be manager.
May I get permission to be a manager?
