I guess Vincent just accidentally removed a bit too much and I
mindlessly followed... :)
I've re-added it.
I also corrected
<a href="#decription">Description</a><br />
^^^
to
<a href="#description">Description</a><br />
in the index above and the actual anchor in the text.
