        I like this wording, but I wasn't really comfortable deviating too
much from the original author's verbiage.  Also, that might seem a little
too close to the BeBook version which says "The Application Kit is the
starting point for all applications."  I'm not sure what the policy is on
how close we can be to the BeBook.  I will defer to the document team...

        Ah, yes.  That was a really stupid mistake on my part.  Can't
believe I missed that.  I will fix with a new diff.

        Thanks for the feedback.  If I missed any, let me know.  I think
