[haiku-doc] suggested changes for _app_intro.dox

I think this will read better to a native english speaker (or at least
a native American speaker ;) without losing the original ideas or
intent. If this is acceptable, please feel free to suggest other
documents I can look at. I would eventually like to learn Doxygen well
enough to start filling in some missing parts. I know some C++ and am
interested in having the docs for myself, so pitching in seemed like
the thing to do.
Hopefully this works, I have not used the Haiku Mail program before...
