[haiku-doc] keymap page enhancement

The keymap page need a small correction. "keymap -d filename" doesn't work, but
"keymap -d >filename" or "keymap -o filename -d" will do the job.
Further, the procedure for installing a new keymap is incomplete. "keymap -l
filename" require a binary file. So before loading the keymap, it should be
compiled with "keymap -c filename"
