[haiku-doc] building cross compiling tool on CentOS

Hello all!
Today I have tried building Haiku on CentOS.
when I was building the cross compiling tools, I met an error, which is
caused by missing
zlib.h header.
I have googled and found that we have to install zlib-devel.
I think we should add zlib-devel to the pre-requested software list used by
RPM linux releases.
this will give some help.
