Thank you for the quick answer. I am currently working on the installation
help. I will be contacting anybody that has written an article that I could
include in the Installation section. My goal is to gather all information I can
find, edit and correct it (considering the comments) to create the most
complete pre-Alpha installation guide. I hope to include these methods:

- USB Key (From windows, Mac OS X, Linux, BeOS etc..)
- Building from source to partition, HDD image or VMWare image (Linux, Mac OS
X, windows etc)
- Copying HDD image to partition
- Bugs and known issues (based upon comments and forum/mailing-list threads I
can find)

I think this covers the basics. I'll be checking out for anything I left out.

On another note, I could change all copyrights to 2009, I've corrected a bug on
contents page. I also wanted to know if we should change the link to XHTML to
the more recent and revised version of guidelines. The 1999 link doesn't work
anymore... Is this ok?

I've also got a proposal:

Should we change the section menus to numerical index's (not shure if this is
the right name). For example:

1.0 Installation
1.1 To USB Key
1.1.1 Blah blah

That's it,

The correct folder is trunk/docs/userguide and trunk/docs/welcome

Maybe best to get the whole docs folder once:

"svn checkout http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk/docs/";

and then do

"svn update"

in that folder every time you want to get the changes.
