Hi there! At http://dev.haiku-os.org/wiki/i18n/UserGuide it's described how to go about starting a new translation of the user guide. Please have a look, if it all is sound. The reason for this mail is the first point? " * Find at least one more dedicated translator. It's really too much work for one alone." IMO, two is the absolute minimum. It's not just the amount of work, but a better chance of future maintenance of the translation. Actually, I tend to three people... OTOH, if it's only a single individual and he has the necessary tenacity, it would be do-able, though maybe slow. If he never finishes, it's never published. Maybe someone else will pick it up in the future. The negative side is there will be a proliferation of haiku-i18n-* mailing lists and entries at the translation site and wiki. The fact, that our Hungarian and Indonesian translations seem to be stalled are an example of us (or maybe better "me") rushing things in the excitement of the beginning... What are your thoughts? BTW, I ask, because with Rudyk Olexandr we could have a possible Ukrainian translation. I don't want to disappoint him (it sounds like a one-man endavour, right, Rudyk?), but I see problems...
