[haiku-doc] Tracker additions in user guide

Hi there!
To all user guide translators: I added info on "type-ahead filtering"
to the Tracker page. Additionally, in the sub-chapter "Tracker
preferences" I updated the screenshot and added a paragraph. There
seems to be a slight problem, because the paragraph is inside a
listelement <li>. Somehow it's not treated as its own block. The
screenshot, too, is inside that one block...
Anyway, please have an extra careful look at that part. It may be that
the whole <li> block was reverted to English... :( In that case, you
could get it back from
