[haiku-doc] The mail footer from User Documentation Translator

Hello!
I'm Japanese Language Manager.
Yesterday, I create an User Documentation Translator
(http://i18n.haiku-os.org/userguide/) account for a new volunteer.
He says that the footer of the mail the system automatically sent
says "Haiku Documentation Translate Tool - userguide.haikuzone.net".
I think "userguide.haikuzone.net" is not available, and should be
modified.
