Thanks for the offer! First thing is to subscribe to haiku-i18n-se and
introduce yourself there. I think at the moment there are only one or
two other Swedes there. After discussing some translation guidelines,
send them to Vincent (or maybe the wiki will be up till then...) and
announce who's going to be the translation manager.
Then the users will be created at http://userguide.haikuzone.net/.
