Honestly, I suggest that the section on Haiku GUI should be front and
center.
Ideally, if everything works well, people will not have trouble with boot
loader. And if they do, they should go to a section for Troubleshooting,
where they can be re-directed to Boot Loader if necessary.
If we are considering short attention spans, we should give them the "meal"
right away. Let's show them the goods before anything else, and I believe
Haiku GUI is probably the best for this.

Normally, users dread scrolling and probably won't ever make it to the
end of the apps list...
The other chapters before Applications and Preferences etc. are
relatively short in terms of the space they take on the contents page.
Therfore they are quicker to scroll by to reach the referential parts.
That's to also keep in mind: We're talking about the contents page of
the user guide. It's not like the user cannot jump right to a chapter
from there and would have to scroll through pages and pages.
