[haiku-doc] BLooper documentation

I _finally_ finished the BLooper documentation. Fortunately, I still
like writing these documents :-)
My goal for the alpha 1 is to have the application kit and the support
kit fully documented.
Please, if there are any lurkers on this list who want to give it a
try: writing api documentation is an easy and *fun* way to get into
haiku development. Any help is greatly appreciated.
