If you want the agreed upon rules changed, open a new thread for 
discussion and subsequent vote.
For what it's worth, I felt Marcos was pretty rude. After his 
application as LM I created the wiki pages and pointed him towards a 
page describing the process of adding a new translation. After which he 
came back with a <sarcastic> mail announcing his departure as 
contributor.
I won't be bullied into changing agreements.
