I thought everything was OK with my Haiku installation, until today I ran into some hybrid GCC2/4 and GCC4/2 hybrid discussion. I wanted to try and build my simple "hello world" Haiku app using gcc4 just to see. Someone on irc was talking about running "setgcc", but I have no such script/application: ~> setgcc sh: setgcc: command not found ~> gcc --version 2.95.3-haiku-090629
The default ./configure only built a non-hybrid install. It's not a big problem, you can download the gcc4 compiler as an optional package and install it by hand, then you should be able to start building hybrids again.
