Yes, it is. You can remove generated/downloads if you want to make sure
you are clean on that side.
It is also a good idea to make sure your Haiku install has up to date
repositories:
https://www.haiku-os.org/guides/daily-tasks/updating-system
I think what happens is, your new haiku.hpkg is built from fresh
sources, and depends on a new freetype version. If you only have an old
version of the repository available, when you install the haiku package,
pkgman cannot find the up to date version of freetype to match with it.
If you have added the up-to-date repositories, it should offer you to
install the missing package(s).
