[haiku-development] register to add new ticket

Hello everyone,
I'm a newcomer of this list. I've registered an account on haiku-os.org, but
I don't have permission to add new ticket on Trac (Error: Forbidden.
TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation). Please
give me the right to add new ticket. Thanks.
PS: Is there any way to automatically add such right to a new registered
account like me???
