Hello,

That recall to my mind some phrase read here in past weeks relating
trustworthy people. The problem is not who abuse with power, but who
gave all that power.

"Abuse of power" -- please let's not blow things out of proportion. The
Haiku project is organized as a meritocracy. People who contribute gain
trust and privileges. They are supposed to (and do) use these privileges
for the good of the project. However, mistakes and bad calls of judgment
are made from time to time and can usually be corrected easily. No need to
call for torches and pitchforks.

This is not a judge, i was pointing out that some permissions should not be
available to anyone. Independently from the people involved, this is
related to the whole infrastructure, if this happened in another company or
organization i had said the same. For example there's a way to force and
lock a channel mode. As you know, i have already pointed out in past my
opinion and i think i have tried to be always constructive.

Best Regards,
Dario Casalinuovo
