yes I know, but in the beginning it was more a experiment how the imap
protocol works, then how integrated it best into MDR and suddenly everything
is running smoothly in your local repository and it seems to be too much
work to switch back to svn...

Which format are you using locally?


A copy of the haiku hg repository, probably there are some tricks to export changes back?
