No need for the CC, I'm reading both lists :)

The branch is indeed closed. Sorry, but you had to take action earlier. The 
release should be on next monday, the schedule is very tight and I'm not 
going to delay it again (should have been released on 6th of June...)

You can still work on it to get it ready for the beta1/alpha4
