I have used GCC4 builds regularly on the following 3 configurations (from memory, so i apologize if i get something wrong): Dell Optiplex GX270 2.8ghz P4 1gb RAM Intel Pro 1000 network Intel i845 video AUICH audio Dell Inspiron 1100 2.0ghz Celeron P4 1gb RAM Broadcom 440x network Intel i865 video AUICH audio Core 2 Duo 2.66ghz 2gb RAM RTL8168 gigabit network Intel G33 video HDA audio (i haven't even hooked up speakers to see if this works, tbh) I have several other machines that I use Haiku on occasionally, but these are the only 3 I know i've tested GCC4 versions on successfully. It is stable enough for me to run 24x7 for days on end, and compile software on - just last night I used the laptop to compile curl and mprime while using firefox, pe, and vision without many issues. I did hit some assertion KDLs in the broadcom 440x driver, but I think these are already known, and i was able to continue out of KDL from them - a reboot mostly made them go away, and I suspect it was caused by my flaky network jack on the laptop continually causing link changes. - Urias
