Just putting the 2.7 packages into generated/download doesn't seem to
cut it. Apparently the buildsystem still wants to see the packages in
the repo?
Should I upload the packages and just push the change?
There is a "jam build-remote-test-repository" which allows to build a
remote repository for testing purposes. See "jam help" for instructions,
it work similarly to "jam upload-packages" but does not need to push
things to the repo.
