[haiku-development] flag resource issue

There seems to be an issue with the new flag resources (at least I think it's
due to this):
ResComp1
/Volumes/Data/devel/haiku/trunk/generated-x86-gcc4/objects/haiku/x86/common/kits/locale/CountryFlags.rsrc
<stdin>:1:3: error: invalid preprocessing directive #Flag
<stdin>:16:3: error: invalid preprocessing directive #Flag
<stdin>:25:3: error: invalid preprocessing directive #Flag
Forcing a rebuild of rc doesn't seem to be enough to fix this.
It doesn't stop the build though, why doesn't rc return an error in this case ?
