It's mostly just following our guide to install the pre-requisites.

Once a slave is connected to the buildmaster (running on baron), it
sends all the necessary commands to clone the repo, build haiku, etc.
As for the build master - I know Matt used to keep his buildmaster
configuration (series of python scripts) in an hg repo, but when
Oliver setup the new one on baron, I don't think he did that.
