[haiku-development] bash 3.2

I was able to compile bash3.2 under haiku, and if compiled without
support for multibyte characters (which is currently broken in haiku),
it even works correctly.
I haven't tried to crosscompile it yet from within the build system,
although when I tried long ago, I ended up with a non working bash.
I think we should ship the alpha version with the current bash,
though, since this change could bring some new issues not immediately
visible.
What do you think ?
