Er, anyway, I moved it from libbe to libroot, i.e. for the app server test
environment it should go to libhaikucompat. You'll also need to add a
get_port_message_info() implementation there (use port_buffer_size_etc()
and set sender, sender_group to 0, and sender_team isn't read by anyone
yet).
