We could do that, too, although I think the alpha release is the only
one where we really have to talk about extra apps - for later releases,
I think the package manager will take care of the extra apps, and none
of them (besides the browser, as you say, and probably BePDF), should
be part of the base distribution.

I'll just start a vote about the extra packages.
