[haiku-development] abi-compliance-checker-1.14 ported to Haiku

Hello,
We have released ABI-Compliance-Checker-1.14 and ported it to the Haiku.
It searches for gcc>=3.0 in the operating system paths. In the
Haiku-r1alpha1 it uses gcc-4.3.3 from the directory
/boot/develop/abi/x86/gcc4. Also we have ported API-Sanity-Autotest-1.6,
but it still have some drawbacks in compiling and running c++ tests
because of the bug #5518
