[haiku-development] Yarr. Batten down your Radeon HD cards!

Good news on the Radeon HD front..
After r42931 (nightly images only at r42930 right now) Radeon HD 4xxx
cards are beginning to show life.

For those of you not keeping count, that means currently the following
cards are working with
extended mode setting in the latest radeon_hd code:
Radeon HD 2xxx - working well with a few reports of non-functionality.
Radeon HD 3xxx - working well, no reports of issues
Radeon HD 4xxx - working as of this morning. (needs testing!)
The following cards still need some love and have a really high chance
(95%+?) of not working:
Radeon HD 5xxx
Radeon HD 6xxx
Keep in mind that edge cases of 2xxx - 4xxx cards not working may
exist. If you find them... open
a bug report on dev.haiku-os.org (after checking to make sure your not
opening a duplicate case
